The Copa Kings, hailing from Austin, Texas, were formed with the mission to revitalize the iconic jazz standards of the 1930s to 50s. Under the leadership of frontman Billy Murphy, the band passionately reinterprets the works of legendary jazz artists like Frank Sinatra, Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, and Louis Armstrong. The members, who have experience with notable groups like The Atlantics and The Jazz Pharaohs, infuse each performance with unique artistry and flair.

They've shared the stage with Asleep at the Wheel at Gruene Hall and have graced numerous festivals and events across Texas cities including Houston, Dallas, and Austin.
